Stuck in the Stocks!

Hey everyone!
This week started out a bit rough, we didn't really find any new and some of our people dropped us, but it came around and we found a bunch of new people, so it was great! We had a family at church which was so amazing! They loved it! The mom is so excited to be baptized! It won't happen for a while because her divorce is going through, but it is so amazing to see her grow and continue to learn!
Britney, Jax, Azie, Dante and Lincoln are twins
Not a whole lot happened this week, the weather has been pretty hot, but it's supposed to cool of this week. We have just been doing a lot of street contacting, tracting, and drop by's, and it has been great! We have had a few lessons with less actives.
They got us in their clutches!

Like I mentioned, work is picking up and we are finding quite a few new people. We met an old man on the street yesterday that wasn't interested, but we had a good conversation with him, and he told us he wished more people our age believed in God an did what we were doing. So that was cool! That's about it!
Love you all, have a great week!

My New Companion Sis Hudson from Edmonton. She is related to the Harris's in Fort Macleod who have been good friends of ours!

Hey everyone! Hope everyone is doing well!
This week has been super great! We found a bunch of new people to teach! One of the ladies in our apartment building that we talked to the day before, knocked on our door! Tender mercies of the lord. He definitely prepares people, it's so amazing!
We had a few people at church this Sunday which was great and we are meeting with a new lady. She has four kids, and her husband was abusive. So she left with them, but then he got custody. So she is going through a lot right now, and when they were together, he wouldn't let her come to church. So now she really wants to learn, and she is picking everything up so quickly it's amazing!
There was a crazy wind storm here on Sunday, and it tore a bunch of trees down. We were eating lunch at the church and you couldn't even see outside. It was pouring rain and so windy! The roof on the apartment next to ours came off! It was so crazy, it was raining in the apartments!
It’s been an amazing week love you all!
Have a great week!
Love Sister St. Onge!

So serious!

Not so serious! HAHA
PS. Sis Daniels walked into the Kitchen and she was like, I think you will be excited about my new comp, and I was like what???? Then she walked in, and it was Sis. Jenny Smith from my home ward!  All the elders were like, "You know her?"  It was quite funny, but so great she is in my Zone! She will love Sis Daniels, she is the best! I was at the MTC with her!

Hello Folks!
This week has been long, so our P-day got moved to today. That’s why it has been longer than a week haha!
We had some really, great lesson's last week and we were all over the place. I went to Brampton to the temple and got to see all the people I came out with, so that was amazing!

Then we went to Goderich to meet with our investigator there who is super awesome, but it was sad, because he moved back to India this week for a while. Maybe I'll see him when he gets back.
Had an awesome Thanksgiving! The family from Nigeria that we are teaching, invited us over, so we had spicy rice and fried turkey and it was super good! Then right after we had dinner at our branch president’s house, but half of our branch was there ( 14 people) haha It was so great!
This great family from Nigeria. A great Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving with the Branch Pres. family and some members

Sunday night we got transfer calls and my companion Sister Skeen got transferred, so I now have Sister Hudson, and she is from Edmonton! We found a lot of new people the other day, so that was awesome! I'm excited to have more appointments!
We stopped this man and his son last night and the dad was kind of busy, but the dad was like listening, which was awesome! So right there he like softened his heart. It was the cutest thing ever, so we are going to meet with them. The son is really, excited to come to church!
The weather is on the decline, it was super cold today... I'm not looking forward to winter, but more opportunities to serve so that will be great! it's been quite rainy, so there aren't as many people out and about now.

We got a flat tire this morning, so we got everything out to change it and I couldn't get the bolts off.  Tender mercies of the Lord, a very nice man helped us. (Just so everyone knows I do know how to change a tire!)  It was fun and we he became interested in the church so it was sweet!

Anyways love you all, have a Great Week!

Ciao Tutti!
So this week was pretty great! We taught one of our progressing investigators this week, which went super great! We drove an hour away to meet him, and he took us out for lunch which was sweet, because... FREE FOOD! Our lesson was awesome, as well! It sucks though because he is moving back to India for a few months, so we won't be here when he gets back which is sad.
We had our mission temple trip this Friday, which was awesome! I got to see a few people from my MTC district, which was great! It started off the General Conference weekend perfectly. There were so many amazing talks and it's an amazing thing to watch not only for yourself, but to look for things that will help the people you are teaching and be able to apply it to them!
We met with our new investigator Tammy on Friday she is so cute! She has met with the missionaries before, but it was a few years ago. She has been kind of looking for something for a while, so is very interested, which is exciting!
     We had 8 people at church so that was great! We had a family we are teaching that are Catholic come to the Saturday sessions of General Conference so that was awesome and they loved it! We gave them a chapel tour and their daughter wants to come to young women’s. So we are excited for them. Then we went home after that, and our Branch President called and was like;
" What are you having for dinner?''
'' Stir fry.''
'' Wanna come join the Elders Quorum for our potluck before priesthood session?”
''Yes we do! haha''
That was fun we got to crash the Elders Quorum potluck dinner. Then between sessions on Sunday our branch had another potluck.  Perks of being in a tiny branch where you don't need a lot of food to feed a lot of people!
Sister Gilbert made me and Sister Skeen slippers. She started teaching us how to a few weeks ago but she had figured we had given up and made them for us... We had given up :) That was so lovely of her. This week has been great!

Oh also Sister Skeen and I, have listened to the same 4 John Bytheway talks for the last 5 weeks... It's the only talks by him she has, and we have them pretty much memorized haha. That what this weeks heading is from, if you were wondering!

Anyways love you all!
Have a great week!
talk soon, Ciao!
